Best Lifestyle Pickup in India - Isuzu V-Cross vs Toyota Hilux

If you had to pick a lifestyle pickup today, which one would it be?

I've been eyeing lifestyle pickups lately and honestly can't decide between these options. The V-Cross and Hilux are obvious choices, but then there's the Scorpio-N which is more affordable, and the Ranger if Ford brings it back. Each has its own appeal - some prioritize off-road capability, others focus on comfort. What's your take on these?

Planning frequent trips to Himachal and Uttarakhand, so I need something reliable in slush and steep climbs, but not as hardcore as a Thar. Budget is flexible, but looking for the sweet spot between comfort and capability. Main use will be highway cruising with occasional rough patches. My Duster AWD served well earlier - wondering if these newer options are significantly better?

Trying to figure out which car truly does it all without compromise. Need something that's comfortable for long drives, practical for city use, spacious enough for the family, and won't break the bank on maintenance. These four seem to be the most popular choices, but I'm curious what people actually prefer in real-world conditions.

Thinking about fan following and community support around these popular SUVs. The Thar has that off-road cult status, Jimny's got the quirky appeal, Scorpio-N is the family favorite, and Fortuner remains the aspirational choice. Which one do you think has people who are absolutely crazy about their vehicle? Want to see what everyone feels about these iconic models.
