Updated Royal Enfield Himalayan Spotted [New Photos]: The updated model of RE Himalayan adventure motorcycle has been recently spotted testing in a fresh set of spy photos. The bike has been spotted in the Lake Blue dual-tone colour combination and the major update comes in the form of RE's Tripper Navigation system with turn-by-turn navigation and Google Maps. The Tripper Navigation feature was first seen on the Meteor 350 cruiser motorcycle and the rider can use the same by connecting his/her smartphone via Bluetooth. One can easily spot the Tripper Navigation pod mounted on the extreme right side of the updated Himlayan's instrument console. Except for the addition of this feature, no other changes are expected in the 2021 model of Royal Enfield Himalayan. In terms of pricing, the updated model is expected to get a minor price hike of around INR 2,000 to INR 4,000. For your reference, the current-gen model of Himalayan 411 is available with a starting ex-showroom price tag of INR 1.91 lakhs for the basic shades while the dual-tone colours are available at INR 1.96 lakhs. The engine comes mated to a 5-speed transmission. In terms of features, Himalayan is also equipped with a switchable 2-channel ABS unit in addition to the hazard light switch that is placed on the left-hand side of the instrument console, which has been further updated with a white-backlight setup. The 2021 model of Himalayan is expected to launch in the Indian markets in the coming weeks.
