Triumph Reveals Thruxton Final Edition

Triumph, the iconic British bike manufacturer, has raised the curtain on the Thruxton Final Edition, bidding farewell to its legendary cafe racer lineage. This 2024 model serves as the closing chapter of a legacy dating back to 1964, celebrating its 80th anniversary. The Thruxton's revival in 2004 was an ode to the original 1960s classic, and this final edition keeps the spirit alive.

Distinctive 'Competition Green' Paint

The Thruxton Final Edition distinguishes itself with a striking metallic 'Competition Green' paint scheme, paying homage to the bike's racing heritage from the 1960s. This is a nod to its iconic past.

Gold Accents for Added Elegance

Gold accents on the tank and tail section, discreetly bearing the artist's initials, add an elegant touch to this limited edition. The gold detailing contrasts beautifully with the blacked-out side panels and mudguards.

Certificate of Authenticity

Each buyer receives a certificate of authenticity featuring the motorcycle's unique VIN, signed by members of the Thruxton 1200 design team and Triumph's CEO, Nick Bloor. This not only certifies the bike's authenticity but also makes it a collectible piece.

Top-Tier Hardware

Sharing its DNA with the top-spec Thruxton RS, the Thruxton Final Edition comes equipped with top-tier hardware, including Showa forks at the front and Ohlins twin shock absorbers at the back, both fully adjustable. Brembo supplies the stopping power with twin M50 calipers clamping down on 310mm rotors at the front.

Premium Metzeler Racetec Tires

The Thruxton Final Edition boasts grippy Metzeler Racetec RRs, the same rubber found on Triumph's flagship Speed Triple 1200 RS. These tires wrap around classic wire-spoke rims, exuding vintage charm.

Proven Powerplant

Powering the motorcycle is the same 1200cc twin-cylinder Bonneville motor that produces 103 bhp and 112 Nm of torque, mated to a 6-speed gearbox. This ensures a classic look with modern performance.

Cafe Racer Aesthetic

Alongside the standard model, Triumph offers a bespoke cockpit fairing as an accessory to complete the cafe racer aesthetic.

International Debut in 2024

The 2024 Triumph Thruxton Final Edition will first arrive in international dealerships in the spring of 2024, with Indian availability expected soon. This marks a bittersweet moment for cafe racer enthusiasts, as Triumph's legendary Thruxton bows out in style.
