Originally introduced as a special edition for Tata's flagship SUV, the Safari Dark received a fresh makeover with the facelift, boasting a new color scheme and persona for the popular three-row vehicle. While the overall design remains intact, every element has been revamped with a striking full-black color scheme. This captivating theme extends to the cabin now adorned with red inserts and filling coloring exuding an air of sophistication. Powered by the same robust 2.0-liter diesel engine as the Harrier, delivering an impressive 170bhp/350Nm, this variant exclusively offers a six-speed automatic transmission. As a top-of-the-line Accomplished variant, the Dark Edition promises to deliver all the luxuries and premium features associated with the Safari in India.

Safety at the Forefront: Showcasing Advanced Technology

A special highlight at the Tata display is the safety demonstration Safari, where the body is strategically cut away to unveil the advanced safety technology incorporated into the vehicle. Tata Motors highlighted the safety characteristics of the Harrier and Safari in an official release emphasizing the Omega-Arc platform's front crumple zones which are intended to effectively handle impact energy. High-strength steel reinforcement for solid body construction guarantees improved vehicle safety. Notably, both the Harrier and Safari boast an impressive array of seven airbags, including those for the driver, passenger, front seat' side protection, inflatable curtain airbags, and a driver knee airbag, ensuring comprehensive occupant safety.
