Tata's reported October 2026 ICE offers reach ₹1.25 lakh on select Curvv variants and ₹75,000 on select Nexon variants. Those are combined maximum benefits, not pure cash discounts. Exchange, scrappage, loyalty and other conditions determine what a buyer can actually claim. The reported schemes run from 1 to 31 October 2026, with availability varying by city, variant and stock, so an itemised local quotation is more useful than the headline maximum alone.
October offer maxima by model
The table summarizes reported maximum benefits. It does not establish eligibility for a particular vehicle or buyer. The article concerns ICE models; these figures should not be applied to EV versions.
| Model or version | Reported maximum | Key condition |
|---|---|---|
| Curvv, select non-Series X variants | ₹1.25 lakh | Cash plus eligible scrappage and loyalty benefits |
| Curvv X | ₹20,000 | Loyalty benefit reported |
| Nexon, select petrol-manual variants | ₹75,000 | Cash, intervention and eligible scrappage combination |
| Nexon, remaining eligible petrol variants | ₹55,000 | Specified Creative Camo petrol-manual exclusion |
| Nexon CNG | ₹60,000 | Variant and local eligibility apply |
| Nexon diesel | ₹20,000 | Variant and local eligibility apply |
| Altroz CNG | ₹55,000 | Cash, intervention and scrappage combination |
| Altroz petrol and diesel | ₹35,000 | Local terms apply |
| Harrier diesel | ₹45,000 | Cash plus scrappage; exchange is an alternative |
| Safari diesel | ₹45,000 | Cash plus scrappage; exchange is an alternative |
| Pre-2026 Tiago petrol/CNG | ₹35,000 | Outgoing model; XE excluded |
| Sierra petrol/diesel | ₹30,000 | Only one of the listed benefit routes may be used |
| Outgoing Tigor | ₹30,000 | Cash plus scrappage; exchange is an alternative |
How the Curvv reaches ₹1.25 lakh
The reported eligible Curvv combination is ₹30,000 cash + ₹45,000 scrappage + ₹50,000 loyalty = ₹1,25,000. The ₹40,000 exchange benefit is an alternative to scrappage, not an additional amount. With exchange instead, the same reported cash and loyalty components total ₹1.20 lakh.
The loyalty component is therefore a large part of the headline. A buyer who does not qualify for it should not assume the ₹1.25 lakh maximum. Nor should a Curvv X buyer use the non-Series X total: the report lists only a ₹20,000 loyalty benefit for Curvv X.
Which Nexon versions reach ₹75,000?
The select petrol-manual list includes Smart+, Smart+S, Pure, Pure S, Pure+, Pure+ S and Pure+ PS. The reported maximum combines ₹10,000 cash, ₹45,000 described as an intervention offer and ₹20,000 scrappage. Replacing scrappage with the ₹15,000 exchange alternative gives ₹70,000.
The intervention component should be explained in the written dealer quote, including how it is applied and any conditions. It should not silently be described as cash merely because it contributes to a combined maximum.
Other eligible petrol versions, CNG versions and diesel versions have different reported totals. Matching the exact variant and transmission is essential; a Nexon headline does not establish that every Nexon receives ₹75,000.

Two stacking mistakes to avoid
Exchange and scrappage are alternatives in the listed schemes. For Harrier and Safari diesel, ₹10,000 cash plus ₹35,000 scrappage produces the reported ₹45,000 maximum. The ₹25,000 exchange option instead gives ₹35,000 with the same cash component.
The Sierra has a different rule: exchange, scrappage, Level Up and loyalty benefits are each reported at ₹30,000, but only one may be availed. The headline is ₹30,000, not ₹1.20 lakh from adding all four.
What to ask before booking
Confirm the exact model, variant, transmission and manufacturing year.
Separate cash, exchange, scrappage, loyalty and intervention lines.
Ask which components are alternatives and which can be combined.
Check local stock and whether the offer applies to the quoted vehicle.
Compare the final on-road amount after insurance, registration and optional items.
Get the applicable validity and booking/delivery conditions in writing.
Dealer, city and stock eligibility are not established by the national report. A reported maximum is a useful starting point for questions, rather than a guaranteed saving.
FAQs
Is the Curvv's ₹1.25 lakh benefit all cash?
No. The reported maximum includes ₹30,000 cash, ₹45,000 scrappage and ₹50,000 loyalty, subject to eligibility.
Can exchange and scrappage be added together?
They are alternatives in the schemes described here. Do not count both in the same total.
Can the four Sierra benefits total ₹1.20 lakh?
No. The report says only one of those ₹30,000 benefit routes can be availed.
The Tata October 2026 ICE offers are easiest to assess when each component is visible. Use the model table to identify the relevant scheme, then verify the actual eligible total in a written local quote.
