TVS has debuted the 2022 Jupiter ZX scooter with new features in the country, and it starts at an ex-showroom price of Rs 80,973. With the increasing popularity of the scooter, the manufacturer has revamped the top-end variant with some sophisticated features. However, the addition of new tech raised the price by Rs 14,000 more than the base variant. Here, we have a first look walkaround by the Youtube channel “The Garage Official” in which we can see the completely digital instrumental console.

The company has offered the scooter with two new colour options called Matte Black and Copper Bronze, as well as the SmartXonnect app along with voice assist. Also, the white and blue SmartXonnect stickers add to its attractive elements. However, technically, the Jupiter ZX remains unchanged with the same engine, power, and mileage figures.

Speaking of the newly added features, TVS Motor Company initially introduced the Bluetooth connectivity feature on its Jupiter Grande Edition. Other features of the Jupiter ZX SmartXonnect app include a fully digital console, voice assist, navigation assist, and SMS/call alerts. Having the voice assist feature, the Jupiter ZX becomes the first 110cc scooter in the company’s portfolio to get it. Riders can use Bluetooth headphones or helmets to provide voice commands to the scooter.

Aside from the tech updates, the scooter gets some cosmetic tweaks as well. It now boasts new silver oak colour inward panels and a newly designed dual-tone seat with a backrest for the pillion rider. Some other key elements are An LED headlight, a 2-litre glovebox mobile charger, a 21-litre storage area, and a front disc brake.

The 110cc TVS Jupiter engine produces 7.88 HP at 7,500 rpm and 8.8 Nm at 5,500rpm. The maker has equipped this engine with intelliGO technology and i-TOUCHstart with an integrated starter-generator system.
