  • 2kWh Battery Pack: Range of 80km
  • 1.5kWh Battery Pack: Targeted for Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets, providing a range of 40-45km
  • 3kWh Battery Pack: Offering an extended range of 100-125km

Target Market

Kinetic Green aims to capture the market of individuals with a monthly income ranging between Rs 25,000-30,000, particularly those who rely on public transportation such as shared autos or local buses.

Pricing and Affordability

While the exact pricing details are being kept under wraps until the formal launch, Sulajja Firodia Motwani, Vice-Chairperson of Kinetic Engineering Limited and Founder/CEO of Kinetic Green Energy & Power Solutions Limited, revealed that the e-Luna would feature an attractive EMI of Rs 2,500 per month. This affordability factor is expected to position it not just as a personal vehicle but also as a viable option for livelihood purposes, thanks to a robust chassis capable of withstanding urban and semi-rural usage with a payload capacity of 150kg.

Sales Target

Kinetic Green is optimistic about the demand for the e-Luna and aims to achieve sales of 5,000 units per month. Leveraging the recent decline in component and battery prices, the company envisions an annual revenue of close to Rs 30 crore, surpassing the monthly sales record of its internal combustion engine predecessor, which, during its peak, sold around 2,000 units monthly and held a commanding 95 percent market share in the moped segment.
