Hyderabad Man Fined INR 1.82 Lakh for Speeding 127 Times in 1 Year!

A man in Hyderabad was fined INR 1.82 lakh for speeding his Honda Jazz 127 times in a single year. The car has been captured at speeds up to 163 kmph at Hamidullah Nagar, Narsingi, Harshaguda and city’s outer ring road. The offender has been issued 127 challans between April 4, 2017 to March 10, 2018. Each offence costed him INR 1435. Speed limit on that road was reduced from 120 kmph to 100 kmph due to rising high speed accidents and vehicle number TS 09 ER 2957 violates the limit many times every month. The driver is a threat to the road as he/she violated a single rule for one third of the year. God knows how many times he has over-speeded in an area where no camera was available. Some people are making guesses that this could be a case where the car is driven by someone who does not know anything about traffic rules. How could one just go on breaking speed limits everyday?
