Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is still miles away from the official launch event. Those looking forward to buying the upcoming Note series smartphone from Xiaomi will love to have a look at these couple of images that surfaced online. The Chinese technology giant stays clean in terms of nomenclature, listing the devices under Mi, Redmi and Redmi Note branding. More than that, they are offering notch supporting displays in the Pro series, keeping standard Redmi Note and Redmi series phones with 18:9 display. The sixth phone in the popular phablet series, Note 6 Pro comes with four cameras in total.

The 6.26-inch display with 19:9 ratio is said to support a full HD+ resolution, with unknown protection layer at this moment. It is powered by a 1.8GHz, Octa Core Snapdragon 636 processor with Adreno 509 GPU. Xiaomi is expected to offer 3GB/4GB of RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage options with the phone. MicroSD card support will facilitate up to 128GB of expandable storage capacity. The phone runs on Android 8.1 like most other non-Android One devices from Xiaomi. Redmi Note 6 Pro comes with dual SIM support and 4000 mAh battery capacity.
Buyers can expect Red, Blue, Gold, and Black as the available shades for the phone. Redmi Note 6 Pro will use a 12MP+5MP rear camera with dual tone LED flash while the front will be available 20MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary sensor for bokeh effect. The battery, camera, processor and display details are sourced from an official image with front screen protector listing these official values. These days, even the official looking images are not trustable as one such incident happened with Google Pixel 3, where fans believed that the entire device has been leaked and the news went viral.
