Xiaomi’s Redmi brand has recently announced its flagship smartphone K30 Pro in China. It comes featured with a 60Hz 6.67-inch E3 Super AMOLED display from Samsung while the mobile phone also gets Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 865 7nm chipset with Adreno 650 GPU. It gets up to 8GB of RAM with 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. It runs on MIUI 11 based on Android 10 operating system. The Redmi K30 Pro gets Game Turbo 3.0 with 4D vibrations while playing games and it has also been certified by TUV Rheinland for high-performance gaming.
For optics, the smartphone gets a quad rear camera setup. The Zoom variant of the Redmi K30 Pro has a primary rear camera of 64MP with a Sony IMX686 sensor, an 8MP telephoto lens with support for 3x optical zoom and 30x digital zoom, a 13MP 123-degree ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth-of-field lens.
In comparison, the standard model of the K30 Pro is equipped with a 5MP macro lens in place of the 8MP telephoto lens. Apart from it, the rest of the camera sensors are exactly the same as in the Zoom model. At the front, both the variants are equipped with a 20MP pop-up selfie camera with the 3D-sensing system.
The K30 Pro will come in a pack with a 4700mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging that can charge the smartphone to 100% in 63 minutes. The smartphone is available in two editions: Standard and Zoom. It is available in four colour options: Blue, White, Grey, and Purple. It will go on sale from 27th March in China.
