One of the largest car manufacturers, Maruti Suzuki’s Swift is in great demand in the market. It is one of the popular cars of the company and the next-gen model of the hatchback was recently launched in India. Before the official launch, it has been spotted in the country several times. The company completely changed the look of this brand new car and the looks have been inspired by a sports car.

Talking about the specifications, a new front grille has been introduced along with a new exterior design. In addition to the exteriors, the engine has also been replaced with a turbocharged option. The car is now available in 5 different variants in India. The latest model is sportier than the previous model with premium features and new colour options.

Currently, the third-generation model of this car can be seen in the market and the Japanese carmaker is planning the debut of the next-generation model globally this year. As per one of the latest updates, Suzuki is presently working on an all-new compact SUV, which would be based on the Swift Sport. This 5-seater compact SUV is expected to be launched in the Indian market at affordable prices.

To fill the gap between Ignis and Brezza, Maruti Suzuki has decided to work on an all-new Swift-based compact SUV model. If launched in India, this car will easily beat Tata Punch and other SUVs available with a 1.0L petrol engine. Other than this, the company is also planning to launch a highly upgraded Baleno which is expected to launch in India very soon. In addition to that, Maruti Suzuki is also working on the up-gradation of the Vitara Brezza SUV that is to be launched in the Indian markets this year.
