Mahindra XUV400 Pro Variants Explained

The Mahindra XUV400 is now available in two distinct variants, the EC Pro and EL Pro, each offering a unique set of features. The EC Pro variant, priced at Rs 15.49 lakh, comes equipped with a 34.5kWh battery paired with a 3.3kW AC charger. It boasts features such as R16 steel wheels with covers, halogen headlamps, LED tail-lamps, a rear spoiler, fabric seat upholstery, and follow-me-home headlamps. Inside, it offers a front armrest with storage, adjustable headrests for second-row seats, connected car tech, dual-zone climate control, and analogue dials with a 3.5-inch MID. Keyless entry and go, electrically adjustable wing mirrors, rear 60:40 split seats, and various safety features, including dual front airbags, ESP, ABS, EBD, and rear parking sensors, are also part of the package.

On the other hand, the EL Pro variant, priced between Rs 16.74 lakh and Rs 17.69 lakh, incorporates all the features of the EC Pro and enhances the offering with additional features. The powertrain options include a 34.5kWh/39.4kWh battery with a 7.2kW charger. Additional features on the EL Pro comprise 16-inch alloy wheels, auto projector headlamps, LED daytime running lamps, front fog lamps, roof rails, electrically foldable wing mirrors, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. The EL Pro also introduces wireless connectivity through Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, an electric sunroof, steering-mounted controls, illuminated sun visors, leatherette seats, a leather steering wheel, a wireless charger, dual USB charging ports, cruise control, auto-dimming IRVM, and an enhanced audio system with 4 speakers and 2 tweeters. Moreover it offers added comfort with features like a height-adjustable driver seat and a second-row armrest with cup holders. Safety features are further upgraded with a rear defogger, wash, and wipe, a rearview camera with adaptive guidelines, rain-sensing wipers, six airbags, and hill hold assist.
