Škoda India Expands to 350-Plus Sales and Service Touchpoints
Škoda’s India network now spans 193 cities, with its 350th customer touchpoint marking entry into Manipur.
Škoda Auto India has expanded its network to more than 350 customer touchpoints across 193 cities. Its 350th touchpoint opened in Imphal on 30 October 2026, marking the brand’s entry into Manipur. The figures cover both sales and aftersales, with some facilities offering more than one service.
How Škoda’s India network has grown
Škoda reported 191 touchpoints in 2021, 325 in 2025 and more than 350 by October 2026. Its city coverage rose from 156 cities in 2024 to 193, while state and union territory coverage increased from 25 to 29. The current network is supported by 79 dealer partners.

How to read the sales and service counts
Škoda lists 270 sales touchpoints and 203 aftersales touchpoints. The two counts overlap at locations that perform more than one function. Adding them would count those combined facilities twice. A touchpoint’s presence also says little about workshop capacity or which jobs it can handle.
What to check at a new location
Before travelling, check whether the local facility offers the service you need. A prospective buyer may want a test drive or delivery support. An owner may need scheduled maintenance, warranty work or parts. Confirm the right facility and appointment availability directly, especially when the nearest sales and service sites are different.
