Kia is preparing to launch its first EV in the Indian market, and it is unquestionably the best EV available. The EV6 is a premium and snazzy electric vehicle based on Hyundai Motor’s e-GMP platform and works on Kia’s "Opposite United" design philosophy. It will be brought into India as a CBU (Completely Built Unit), and only a finite number of 100 units are allocated to the Indian market at the moment. Pre-orders are expected to open on May 26, with the official launch scheduled for June. The Kia EV6 was spotted in Hyderabad, hinting at its launch, and perhaps they wanted to appraise the market.
