Jawa 42 Alloy Wheel Version Spotted Again [New Photos]

Jawa 42 Alloy Wheel Version Spotted Again: The alloy wheel version of the 2021 Jawa 42 has been spotted testing once again in a new set of photos. As we reported earlier, the upgraded version of the motorcycle features alloy wheels and a blacked-out theme. The spy images of the facelifted bike reveal that the upcoming model would come equipped with black alloy wheels instead of wire-spoke wheels that are used in the current-gen model. The spy images also suggest that the new bike will come equipped with tubeless tires. As suggested that the upcoming bike will feature a blacked-out theme, most of the parts such as front and rear suspension, headlight trim/mask, and the exhaust system have been imparted a black finishing instead of chrome. We will have to wait for Jawa’s new model to see whether the accessories would be provided as standard or as optional. The rest of the features of the bike remain the same as the current model, and it is expected to launch with the same set of hardware components. It will come powered by the same 293cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected, BS6-compliant engine which generates a maximum power output of 26.51 HP and 27.05 Nm of peak torque. The engine remains mated to a 6-speed gearbox. As far as the pricing is concerned, we can expect that the upcoming model of the Jawa Forty Two would be priced a bit higher than the current model which is available with a starting price tag of INR 1.60 lakhs (ex-showroom).
