Italjet plans to debut its Dragster 300, Dragster 459 and Dragster 700 in India at India Bike Week, which begins on 4 December 2026. Motohaus India plans to introduce the three models in phases and assemble them in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Deliveries are expected to start in the second quarter of 2027. India pricing and model-by-model availability are still open.
How the three Italjet Dragsters compare
The international models give an idea of the range Italjet plans to bring. The Dragster 300 uses a 278 cc liquid-cooled engine. The 459 and 700 step up to liquid-cooled parallel twins and six-speed gearboxes. The figures below describe the models shown ahead of the India launch.
| Model | Displacement | Reported power | Reported torque |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dragster 300 | 278 cc | 23.8 hp | 26 Nm |
| Dragster 459 | 449 cc | 47.58 hp | 41 Nm |
| Dragster 700 | 698 cc | 70 hp | 70 Nm |
The 300 has a reported 770 mm seat height and smaller wheels than the 459 and 700. The two larger models use 15-inch wheels and adjustable suspension. Anyone considering the higher-powered models should check the final India equipment, weight and riding position before booking.

When can buyers expect pricing and deliveries?
India Bike Week is the local debut, with delivery plans following later. Italjet and Motohaus have yet to announce prices, booking terms and the order in which the models will reach buyers. The expected delivery window of April to June 2027 gives a planning marker. Buyers will also want confirmation of their nearest sales and service points before committing.
