Isuzu D-Max V-Cross is recreating the magic that was once came with the entry of Tata Xenon, raising the standards by providing more power and even luxurious interior to the buyers. XS Overland recently worked on the same and came up with a tough looking V-Cross XS-09 for the Indian market. The front bumper makes way for Ironman 4x4 setup that comes with a metal skid plate and bullbar. Warn winch kit with 12,000 pounds of towing capacity makes it even more practical in case of emergency situations on rough terrains.

A snorkel that helps in improving the water wading capacity has been installed on the V-Cross. They have modified the fenders for housing the large 33 inch Cooper ST tyres that are very useful in all-terrain expeditions. Ironman 1.5 inch lift kit has improved the ground clearance for the V-Cross. If this doesn't feel enough, you will get ARB differential lockers, underbody armor, rear bumper, Jerry cans and rock sliders. A spare Cooper ST tyre is even mounted on the roof for unfortunate situations during a rocky ride. Isuzu uses a powerful 2499 cc, four cylinder diesel engine that is good for 134 HP at 3600 rpm and 320 Nm at 1800-2800 rpm. The gearbox on use is a five speed manual unit while one can even use the shift-on-fly 4WD option with low range mode. Currently priced at INR 12,31,000 and getting a discount of around INR 60,000, V-Cross falls under the SUV category and will get relaxed pricing under the new GST pricing.
