On the outside, the BR-V gets a sculpted bonnet, a large chrome grille and sleek projector headlamps. The bumper features a huge air dam, a skid plate and two chrome fog lamps. The car has a mean looking front fascia. Side view of the BR-V resembles Mobilio because of the similarly styled large windows. The car also gets roof rails, a sharp character lines and 16 inch alloy wheels . A butch cladding runs around the entire car. The rear end of the car is quite different from what we're used to seeing in Honda vehicles. A single tail lamp, and chrome accents give the car a more affluent look. Stepping inside, the BR-V shares dashboard design with the new Honda Amaze. The car will most likely have the same features as the global model, which is pretty good. Some of the features include dual SRS airbags, ABS with EBD, Vehicle Stability Assist, Hill Start Assist etc. The BR-V will be powered by a 4 cylinder 1.5 litre i-VTEC engine producing a power of 117 horses and a torque of 146 NM. The car will also get a 1.5 liter i-DTEC diesel rig producing 98.6 bhp and 200 NM of torque. The engines will be coupled with a 5 speed gearbox or a CVT unit. When launched on May 6, the car will be available in the following colors - Misty Green Pearl, Modern Steel Metallic, Taffeta White, Passion Red Pearl, Crystal Black Pearl and Lunar Silver Metallic. It is expected to be priced around INR 8-12 lacs. Know More: http://autos.maxabout.com/cars/honda/br-vAd
