Hero MotoCorp is gearing up to launch a new flagship motorcycle which will be based on Harley Davidson X440. Until now, there was conjecture as to what this bike will be called whether Hurikan or Mavrick, since both names have been trademarked by Hero. The homegrown bikemaker has now officially confirmed that its upcoming 440cc will be named Mavrick. Hero has released a teaser of the same on its social media handles revealing its name as well as the launch date. Hero’s version of the X440 is slated to make its debut on 23 January.
