Ferrari recently launched the much awaited GTC4 Lusso V12 in India for INR 5.20 Crore (ex-showroom). The performance spec car was even launched with a turbocharged variant named GTC4 Lusso T V8 for INR 4.20 Crore (ex-showroom). Article image A practical Ferrari, GTC4 Lusso can put certain 7-seat premium SUVs to shame through its impressive 4922 mm of length. Seating four passengers (including driver) in utmost luxury, the huge 2990 mm of wheelbase guarantees stress free long drives and comfort packed action. 1980 mm of overall width makes the fact sure that no two shoulders will mess with each other. Ferrari GTC4 Lusso has just 1383 mm of total height, resulting in half squat for ingress and remaining half for egress. Jokes apart, it will take some serious ‘go low’ practice if you plan everyday driving in GTC4 Lusso. Article image Infusing luxury into this four seat Ferrari took the kerb weight to 1920 kg. Most sport spec Ferraris weigh around 1500-1600 kg but that comes when one forgets rear seats, estate style roof endings and mostly everything that one should not need when racing. Not everyday one would get a boot capacity of 450 liters from such performance spec car, that too with 800 liters when rear seats are folded. The fuel tank on GTC4 Lusso measures 91 liters. Beauty of this Ferrari is further highlighted through 20 inch wheels that use 245/35 rubber for front and 295/35 for the rear section. Article image The heart of Ferrari GTC4 Lusso pumps pure performance, pushing the premium sports car from 0-100 kmph in 3.4 seconds. Keep your foot intact and 200 kmph will come in 10.5 seconds only. If you still have some doubt for its performance, a claimed 335 kmph top speed is enough to rate GTC4 Lusso as an exotic four seater that turns supercar at just single push of the pedal. Article image This spirit of racing comes from 6262cc, V12 engine that is good for 690 HP at 8000 rpm and 697 Nm at 5750 rpm. Redline for this brilliant racer comes at 8250 rpm. If the Indian inside you is craving for that magical number, Ferrari GTC4 Lusso consumes 15.3L/100km (6.5 kmpl). On the other hand, GTC4 LussoT comes with 3.9L, V8 petrol motor producing 610 HP and 760 Nm of torque. It performs equally good but claims 0-100 kmph in 3.6 seconds. LussoT has a different approach as Ferrari offers this specific variant as rear wheel drive only. Article image Article image Article image
