Ducati India has announced that the updated Ducati Streetfighter V4 S will be priced at Rs 28,00,000 (ex-showroom) and will be available from March 12, 2024. This beastly streetfighter, which is essentially a Ducati Panigale V4 without the fairing, still looks as menacing as ever with its sleek LED headlight design and distinctive winglets below the tank extensions. It is offered in two striking color options: Ducati Red and the new Grey Nero.
Performance and Features
Powering the Ducati Streetfighter V4 S is a 1,103cc, liquid-cooled, V4 engine that produces an impressive 208PS and 123Nm of torque. The engine has been recalibrated to match the larger diameter of the silencer outlet, resulting in reduced exhaust back pressure and improved performance. Suspension duties are handled by a 43mm inverted fork and a monoshock, both of which are semi-active and fully adjustable units from Ohlins. The swingarm pivot has also been positioned 4mm higher, enhancing stability while exiting corners.
Safety and Technology
The Ducati Streetfighter V4 S comes loaded with features, including four engine power modes (Full, High, Medium, and Low) and a new Wet riding mode that limits power output to 160PS and adjusts suspension settings for enhanced grip on wet surfaces. Key rider aids include cornering ABS, traction control, wheelie control, and more. The streetfighter is equipped with a 5-inch TFT instrument console, similar to the Panigale V4, but with revised graphics and a new Track Evo display mode. Braking duties are taken care of by dual 330mm front discs with Brembo Monobloc Stylema 4-piston calipers and a 245mm rear disc with a 2-piston caliper.
