Toyota Yaris Launched in India: Toyota has officially launched the all-new Yaris in India with a starting price tag of INR 8.75 lakh (ex-showroom). The car is available in four trim levels with two gearbox options on each of them. They have kept a difference of INR 1.20 lakh for CVT equipped variants from their respective 6-speed MT options. The above given price is for J variant while G and V costs INR 10.56 lakh and INR 11.70 lakh respectively. Top spec VX is priced at INR 12.85 lakh. All variants are powered by a 108 HP, 1.5L petrol motor. Safety features on the car include seven airbags as standard while two top spec variants are offered with four wheel disc brakes as standard. Both being segment first features, Yaris also offers front parking sensors and power adjustable driver seat.
