Since the nationwide lockdown had made it unable for the customers to get their hands on their preferred cars, Tata Motors has come up with a solution. The brand has recently launched the 'Click to Drive' digital sales platform that will allow the customers to purchase the Tata vehicles online from the safety of their homes. The all-new platform allows the customers to connect with more than 750 of the brand’s outlets across the nation.
All the customers have to do is visit the “Click to Drive” website and register with it. The customers can further select the product of their choice under the brand’s portfolio and check out various video brochures of the selected product that will help them understand the features and specifications of the product in addition to selecting the colour schemes.

In addition to this, the Tata Altroz customers have access to the immersive virtual showroom experience christened as Imaginator. It allows the customers to customize their Altroz with multiple features listed on the website in addition to choosing multiple colours as well as variants. Once the customers decide on the vehicle, all they have to do is select their nearest dealership or preferred dealer out of the 750 listed on the website for home delivery of the car or collect at the dealership at a later stage. The customers can pay the booking amount of the product online and will receive an immediate confirmation on the order via email. The customers will be further contacted by the Tata Motors call centre and the sales consultant from their selected dealership will guide them through the entire process. The customers are also allowed to avail finance or exchange services, get to know the on-road price tag and various other existing offers. The entire purchase process can be completed via online communication tools like emails, video calls or WhatsApp. Recently, Hyundai India also launched a similar kind of online car-buying platform.
