Tata Altroz Colour Options Revealed: The production-ready India-spec variant of Tata Altroz, the most anticipated hatchback from the brand was revealed yesterday at an event in Jodhpur. The brand is expected to launch the hatchback in the Indian market at the upcoming Auto Expo 2020 that will commence in February next year. Initially unveiled as the 45X concept at the Auto Expo 2018, the brand has revealed all the colour variants of the hatchback on its official website. The Tata Altroz will be available to the customers in five colour variants namely:
  • High-Street Gold
  • Skyline Silver
  • Downtown Red
  • Midtown Grey
  • Avenue White
Apart from the colour variants, the design, style and other mechanical specifications of the hatchback have also been revealed. In terms of pricing, the Altroz is expected to get an ex-showroom price range of around INR 5-8 lakh. The Tata Altroz has been adorned with sleeker headlights mated to a prominent grille at the front. The brand has further offered the hatchback with a rising window line flowing towards the rear in addition to offering blacked-out tail lamps. Powering the hatchback will be a BS6 compliant 1.2-litre naturally aspirated, three-cylinder petrol engine as well as an optional BS6 1.5-litre, four-cylinder turbo-diesel engine borrowed from Tata Nexon. Both the engines will be mated to a 5-speed manual transmission while an automatic gearbox option is expected to be revealed at a later stage.
