2018 Maserati Quattroporte GTS was recently launched in India for INR 2.7 Crore (ex-showroom). The performance spec luxury sedan is the fastest car ever from Maserati. It was first seen at 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show and can be bought in two unique trim options named GranLusso and GranSport. For those who could imagine the level of luxury on this premium sedan, the performance values are actually unimaginable up to some extent. Quattroporte GTS is equipped with a 3.8L, twin turbocharged V8 petrol engine producing 530 HP at 6500-6800 rpm and 710 Nm at 2250-3500 rpm in the over-boost mode. As the car is available in all wheel drive version, all four wheels are uniformly served with the huge amount of torque on offer through an 8-speed automatic gearbox. The adaptive nature of this transmission adjusts the shift patterns according to the driving style of driver. That results in unique driving experience for everyone on a single car. Dashboard of the car flaunts the 8.4 inch Maserati Touch Control that has 3 way control options. 2018 Maserati Quattroporte GTSPassengers can access the same through voice commands, steering wheel or directly from the touchscreen. The system comes with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard. Buyers can choose between two audio systems. The standard system is 10 speaker, 900 watt Harman Kardon system while optional 15 speaker, 1280 watt Bowers & Wilkins system is also on offer. Quattroporte GTS comes with adaptive full LED headlights, high beam assist, 6-airbags and loads of other safety features.
