Maruti Alto VXi+ Launched @ INR 3.80 Lakh; Gets 7-inch Touchscreen

Maruti Suzuki has officially launched a new Alto VXi+ variant at a price tag of INR 3.80 lakhs (ex-showroom Delhi). The high-spec variant of the country’s most sought-after hatchback is equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen SmartPlay Studio infotainment system that is further compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
The easy user interface of the all-new SmartPlay Studio system equipped on the hatchback gets top-end features while allows multiple media support. The smartphone connectivity on the touchscreen display allows the user with easy information access.
The Alto 800 VXi+ variant is also equipped with a safety kit which includes dual airbags at the front, reverse parking sensors, seat belt reminder for both driver and co-driver, ABS with EBD as well as a speed alert system. The Maruti Alto 800 VXi+ compiles with the latest crash and pedestrian safety rules legalised by the Indian government.
In addition to the new feature updates, the brand has offered the all-new Alto variant with dual-tone interiors while at the same time, the hatchback promises an improved fuel efficiency of 22.5 kmpl. Powering the Alto 800 VXi+ is a BS6-compliant 796cc petrol engine that is capable of churning out a maximum power of 47.3HP @ 6,000 rpm and a peak torque of 69Nm @ 3,500 rpm. The engine remains mated to a 5-speed manual gearbox.
