The interior for India-spec 2019 Maruti Ertiga recently leaked through a couple of images on the internet. The primary shade for the components is beige while black seems present just on the upper side of the dashboard and surrounding area for the air vents and SmartPlay infotainment system. The car seen here is the top-spec variant with wooden finish seen under the vents that divide the dashboard into three clean layers. The steering wheel and gear lever are darker in comparison to the seat, dashboard and door shade. The front and rear doors have chrome handles on the inside, with just the front featuring matching wooden finish with the dashboard Article image The lowermost layer of the dashboard houses automatic temperature control, 12V power sockets and smart storage area. The steering wheel design is shared with Maruti Dzire and Swift, following the same flat bottom approach for the sporty overall character. The seats have an impressive pattern with brown inserts for the exclusive interior feel. The image seen here confirm the use of bigger than ever MID on the 2019 Maruti Ertiga. Coming to the second row of seats, the vents are placed within the roof and can be adjusted manually for different settings. Article image The second-row seat offers 60:40 split for easy access to the third row while headrest stays adjustable on all three rows in the car. The rear-view mirror supports day/night setting while speakers are placed within the doors under the beige panels. The adjustable armrest is mounted on a console that offers charging socket provision to the second-row passengers. On the outside, the new Ertiga comes with modern grille, Innova Crysta inspired front fascia and multi-spoke alloy wheels. The outside rear view mirrors are available with turn indicators while door handles are chrome finished. The lower bumper section is quite sporty for this segment.
