Mahindra XUV300, the upcoming Maruti Vitara Brezza rival, was seen for the first time in production skin. The top variant seen here is available with an abundance of silver inserts, primarily on the base of its infotainment display and steering wheel. The exterior image shows a similar profile to Vitara Brezza, getting a bold bonnet design with raised headlight and grill position. The front comes with six slats while headlight is available with sharp daytime running lights and impressive outer design. The alloy wheel design is equally stunning. XUV300 is seen with a sporty side profile that features smaller than usual rear window. Article image Mahindra is upgrading its lineup with premium cars from the Ssangyong. The most recent addition is none other than Alturas G4, basically being a Ssangyong Rexton from the international lineup. The design lines seen here are from the Tivoli, with Mahindra grill and logo adding the charm to the Indian manufacturer’s name. The car will definitely prove its worth by taking the fight to Maruti Vitara Brezza, Tata Nexon and Ford EcoSport. The alloy wheel design seen here is exactly similar to the one seen on the top variant of Tivoli. The camouflage hides certain important details like the front bumper highlights and fog lamp bezels. Article image The interior features a dual tone dashboard with a reverse color section in comparison to the Tivoli. The vents are finished black and more than that, silver highlight between the screen and lower controls is exclusive to the XUV300. The dial-type controller is also shared with the Tivoli while manual gearbox lever comes with the silver highlight for the perfect contrast. The seats are finished in the beige shade for a roomier experience. The engine under the hood is expected to stay the same as Mahindra Marazzo. The 1.5L engine is good for 121 BHP and 300 Nm of torque on the Marazzo. XUV300 will fall in the INR 8-10 lakh price segment. Article image
