New Mahindra Thar #1 Auction Bid Reaches INR 1.11 Crore!

The auction for new Mahindra Thar Serial Number 1 has been closed and the top bid has been placed by Aakash Minda from New Delhi. Earlier today, the auction bid crossed INR 1 crore mark while the final bid stands at INR 1.11 crore. The winner for the auction will be announced on October 2, 2020, and Mahindra will also be announcing the prices of the new Thar on the same day. The online bidding for auction was open from 24th September to 29th September. As we reported earlier, the amount raised from the auction will be donated to either Naandi Foundation, Swades Foundation, or PM CARES fund to help India battle COVID-19. The new Mahindra Thar #1 will feature the Thar #1 badge, leatherette seats, a customised badging on the vehicle which will flaunt the owner's initials, and the SUV will also carry serial number '1' on the decorative plate on the dashboard.
