2018 Mahindra XUV500 Interior Spied: A couple of spy shots have completely revealed the interior of 2018 Mahindra XUV500. The interiors are now more premium than ever, all thanks to addition on silver inserts on prominent locations and use of leather tan seats on the car. Buyers will also get better touchscreen infotainment system while doors and dashboard will follow all black treatment with just silver inserts. Mahindra XUV500 will now feature triangular tail light design that feel very different from the one seen in present generation car. On the front, they have retained that extended fog light section along with an all new center grill. They could have thought about something better in place of that excessive black section that houses an odd shaped fog light. First generation design was so proportionate that is only had the tiger claw bumper design. It felt better than this one in all terms. This imposing chrome grille helps Mahindra XUV500 feel more commanding at the front. Tail lights are purely love me or hate me product and thus, one can expect Mahindra fans to except this huge makeover. Interiors now also come with soft touch leather feel on the upper dashboard. The car starts right from where premium sedans like Hyundai Elantra, Skoda Octavia and Volkswagen Jetta start but soon after its entry in 2011, the numbers for all these sedans fell sharply. Utility of XUV500 is unmatched as buyers can travel anywhere in the country with its frugal 2.2L diesel motor and that too carrying seven adults in utmost ease. The center row is famous for its larger than life legroom. The diesel engine on XUV500 can be had with automatic and 4x4 option on top spec variants. Article image Article imageArticle image
