Kia Motors has recently launched the Seltos SUV in the Indian market. The HT and the GT lineup of the SUV were initially offered in 12 and 4 variants respectively. After gathering the customer response, the brand has introduced two new top-end variants of the Kia Seltos’ GT lineup. The car is now available in a total of 18 variants.
Both priced at INR 16.99 lakh (ex-showroom), the GTX+ 1.4-litre petrol variant of the SUV can be availed with a 7-speed DCT gearbox while the GTX+ 1.5-litre diesel variant can be further availed with a six-speed torque converter automatic transmission.

The customers can now avail the diesel variant of the GT lineup but only with an automatic gearbox option. The bookings for the new variants of the SUV have been already commenced by the brand while the deliveries will begin soon.
The new variant of the SUV carries a premium of INR 1,00,000 when compared to the previous top-spec HTX+ AT and the GTX+ MT variants, which are both available at a price tag of INR 15.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The major difference between the HT and the GT lineup of Kia Seltos is that the former has been offered as a conventional range while the latter is for customers looking for a sportier SUV.
