India-Spec 2021 Hyundai i20 Photos, Variants, Colours Revealed: Ahead of the official launch on November 5, 2020, Hyundai has officially revealed the photos, list of variants, colour options, and engine/gearbox options for the much-awaited next-gen model of the i20 premium hatchback. The car is now listed on the official website of the brand while pre-bookings are also open. The customers can pre-book the MY2021 Hyundai i20 on the official website and at the authorized dealerships across the country by paying a token amount of INR 21,000. According to the details available, the new model of the car will be available in 4 variants: Magna, Sportz, Asta, and Asta (O), which will be further available with 3 engine options: a 1.2-litre naturally-aspirated petrol engine, a 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine, and a 1.5-litre diesel engine. For the first time ever, Hyundai is offering the i20 hatchback with 4 transmission options: Intelligent Manual Transmission (iMT), Intelligent Variable Transmission (IVT), 7-Speed Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT) and Manual Transmission (MT). Here is the list of variants with the engine/gearbox options:

Once launched in India, the 2021 model of the hatchback will compete in the market with the likes of Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Tata Altroz, Honda Jazz and the Toyota Glanza while one can expect the updated price range to be around INR 6 lakhs to INR 10 lakhs (ex-showroom).
