Prior to the upcoming launch of Hyundai Venue SUV on 17th April, the official images of the SUV have surfaced online. The images are the courtesy of an advertisement being played at Times Square, New York, that gives a first-ever clearer look of the overall design of the compact SUV. Eliminating the chunkier wheels as well as huge wheel arches from the official sketches, the production model retains the 3D wave effect front grille with iconic Hyundai designing. The Venue SUV features a dual headlamp setup with the main headlight surrounded by DRLs placed on the lower edge of the SUV. Article image The front bumper of the Hyundai Venue features a youthful design with a sportier finish exhibiting contrast tone inserts while the SUV features the same diamond cut alloy wheels as seen in the previously surfaced spy shots. The Venue gets a floating white roof where the dual tone paint scheme gives it an overall promising sportier look. The C-pillar section of the SUV is mildly inspired by the Hyundai Creta. Article image Coming to the interior design revealed by the previous spy shots, the Venue SUV features a premium black finish with silver detailing across the vents and dials whereas the overall design offers a wider cabin space. The dashboard features a BlueLink Infotainment system that offers 33 additional safety-enhancing features where some of them have been specifically targeted for the Indian roads. The top-spec variant can also feature a rather long safety feature list as well as a large infotainment system. Once launched in India, the SUV will compete with the likes of Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Tata Nexon, Ford EcoSport and the Mahindra XUV300. Hyundai will officially unveil the Venue SUV on 17th April, while the pricing for the Indian market will be announced on May 21, 2019. Photos Source
