Over the last decade, retail sales have been witness to a paradigm shift, with new-age customers heavily inclined to online purchase of products. With pan India integration of dealerships under ‘Click to Buy’, Hyundai is offering its tech-savvy customers a transparent and easy way of purchasing their favourite Hyundai cars.” He further said, “The ‘Click to Buy’ platform will act as an additional sales channel for all our dealerships across India, thereby creating additional opportunities for remote interaction with customers and facilitation of sale even during periods when customers are unable to visit showrooms.” [caption id="attachment_553245" align="aligncenter" width="850"]Platform for Buying Cars Online Hyundai Launches 'Click to Buy' Platform for Buying Cars Online[/caption] Here is how Hyundai’s latest online service works. To purchase a car online, the customer will need to create an account with Hyundai on the ‘Click to Buy’ website. After registration, the customer has to choose the dealership, model, variant, and any other configurable option according to the individual needs. After that, they will get a quotation and financing options along with the delivery method. Hence the order will be placed. In the ongoing situation of coronavirus pandemic, Hyundai has done a commendable job as having an online sales platform reduces exposure to the surroundings.
