Yamaha YZF-R15 Version 4 Imagined by Abin Designs: Yamaha YZF-R15 is the most powerful 150cc-segment motorcycle you can buy in India. The first-generation model (Version 1.0) of the sportbike was launched back in 2008 and the brand introduced the R15 Version 2.0 in 2011. The current-generation (Version 3.0) model made its way into the Indian markets at the Auto Expo 2018 with an ex-showroom price tag of INR 1.25 lakhs. At present, the R15 V3 is available in India with a starting price tag of INR 1.52 lakhs. The next-gen model, which will most probably launch as R15 Version 4.0, is in the news since last year. As of now, no concrete details are available regarding the upcoming model though one can expect the 2022 Yamaha R15 Version 4.0 to come powered by a more powerful engine and an all-new design that would be inspired by the bigger R-series sportbikes like the R6 and the R1. Abin Designs, an automotive artist, has recently created multiple digital renderings of the Yamaha R15 Version 4.0 giving a glimpse of how the sportbike would look like. Here are the rendered images:

The headlights and the side panels are heavily inspired by the 2021 model of the R6 supersport motorcycle. The dual-tone fuel tank and the aerodynamic side panels gel pretty well with the overall sporty profile of the bike. Some of the key design elements of the Yamaha R15 Version 4.0 include the likes of USD front forks, a wide set of tyres, a dual-tone exhaust, all-new alloy wheels, a bigger front disc brake, LED DRLs, and a pair of high-set aluminium footpegs.
