Yamaha has also launched 2 new shades for the FZS-Fi V2 rear disc variant. It was earlier available in Armada Blue whereas present-day lineup comes with Dark Night and Matt Green as two additional shades for the variant. The dual disc variant costs INR 86,042 for Armada Blue and INR 87,042 for the 2 new shades. The standard, single disc variant comes in Lightening Cyan, Hurricane Gray, Knight Red, Darknight and Opal White shade.

Apart from the addition of a rear disc, the variants have two other differences among them. The front disc brake on FZ-S V2 rear disc variant is 282mm in diameter. In comparison to this value, single disc variant gets 267mm disc brake. Yamaha is using a 10-spoke alloy wheel design for their newly introduced variant. The engine remains identical with 149cc displacement and 13.2 hp of maximum power. FZ-S V2 weighs 132 kg (single disc model), making it the lightest option to consider in the 150cc segment. It comes with universally comfortable 790mm of seat height. The base model of FZS-Fi is priced at INR 83,000 (ex-showroom Delhi).
