Coming to the cosmetic changes, the entirely new body kit adds to the aesthetics of the customized sports bike while the customizers have equipped the FZ180 with clip-on handlebars to boost the sporty character. The single halogen headlight setup seen on the stock version of the FZ16 has been revised while the front fascia now features a twin headlight unit imitating the Yamaha R1.

The body fairing added to the front of the motorcycle features a similar design as that of the R1 while the red colour scheme further adds to the authenticity. The customizers have also tweaked the rear profile of the stock motorcycle to give it a more sporty appeal reminiscent of a super sports bike while the twin-seat setup further accentuates the overall outlook.

Coming to the mechanical changes imparted to the Yamaha FZ180 sports bike, the customizers have equipped the front of the motorcycle with a dual disc brake setup while the rear has been equipped with a single disc brake unit. The customized motorcycle has been imparted a similar rear profile as that of the Yamaha R1 which includes an LED taillight as well as a dual under-seat exhaust system.

In addition to this, the customizers have equipped the motorcycle with a 'Big Bore 180 Kit' to increase the displacement of the engine while the other mechanical bits have been left unaltered and in stock condition. The customized Yamaha FZ16 features the same standard telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear end. The 180cc single-cylinder engine equipped on the customized motorcycle is expected to offer better performance than the stock machine which was powered by a 153cc engine.
