KTM has once again hiked the prices for its entire range in India. The most powerful motorcycle in the Indian lineup, Duke 390, is now priced at INR 2,43,955 while the second most powerful, RC 390, commands INR 2,40,955 worth price tag. The difference in price is all because of the updated equipment that one finds on the 390 Duke. Fans looking for RC 390 can also wait for some more time as EICMA 2018 will get the production version of the 2019 model of the flagship Indian sportbike for sure. It is also expected to get the new TFT console and updated headlight system. The most basic of all, Duke 200, is now priced at INR 1,51,757. The sales pattern of KTM Duke series shows Duke 200 as the highest selling model while numbers for both 250 and 390 keeps on changing each month. The same pattern is true for RC series as 200cc model retails with a bigger number. The on-road pricing for four models crosses INR 2 lakh while only one stays around INR 1.75 lakh. Apart from these five models, the brand is planning two new entries into the Indian automotive segment. Being a 125cc motorcycle, it will get CBS as standard and save on the additional cost of ABS that is mandatory on big displacement bikes. The second option is 790 Duke, projected as the most powerful model ever being manufactured in India by KTM. It will rule the performance premium motorcycle segment with impressive pricing that could start for as low as INR 5.99 lakh (expected ex-showroom).
