Kawasaki Ninja 400 Price Increased in India: Kawasaki Ninja 400 has received a price hike of INR 30,000 (ex-showroom) in the country. The powerful yet highly criticized model is now available for INR 4.99 lakh and seems priced right at the point where the recently launched Benelli TRK 502 is placed. The motorcycle is powered by a 399cc, parallel-twin engine, producing 49 HP at 10,000 rpm and 38 Nm at 8,000 rpm. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The high price tag of INR 4.99 lakh can even force buyers to consider different body types as Harley-Davidson Street 750 is just a small margin away from the motorcycle. Also, other body types are much more comfort-oriented than the sporty body style of Ninja 400. The motorcycle feels identical to the recently-launched Ninja 650 in terms of design lines.
