India's 1st MY2021 Kawasaki Z650 Delivered: Kawasaki Bengaluru has delivered India's first MY2021 Z650 to Mr Sarath Chandar. The updated BS6-compliant model of the streetfighter was launched in the Indian markets back on May 26, 2020, with a price tag of INR 5.94 lakhs (ex-showroom). The front fascia of the motorcycle now features an LED headlight unit, which is one of the most anticipated updates expected from the Japanese brand for the 2021 Z650. The 10.9cm coloured TFT instrument console offered to the motorcycle replaces the standard unit seen on the previous-gen model. The all-new display features Kawasaki’s Economical Riding Indicator in addition to getting a gear position indicator, fuel gauge, shift-lamp and more. The suspension duties continue to be handled by telescopic forks at the front while the rear features a mono-shock unit. The MY2021 Kawasaki Z650 features twin-disc brakes at the front and a single disc brake at the rear, which are further mated to a dual-channel ABS unit. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The company claimed mileage of the bike stands at 22.22kmpl.
