According to recent reports, the BS6 Hero Xtreme 200S and XPulse 200T are all set to be launched by the brand soon. Powering both the updated motorcycle variants will be a BS6-compliant engine that was initially seen on the BS6 Hero Xpulse 200. After removing the BS4-compliant variants of the motorcycles from the official website, the brand has once again listed the Xtreme 200S and XPulse 200T recently, which confirms that their BS6-compliant variants are ready to be launched.

The Hero Xpulse 200T is a touring version of the XPulse 200 adventure motorcycle while the Hero Xtreme 200S is the sports version of the Xtreme 200R street naked motorcycle.
The brand has recently updated the Hero XPulse 200 with a BS6-compliant engine. The 199.6cc, fuel-injected, oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine on the motorcycle is now capable of offering maximum power of 17.8HP @ 8,500 rpm and a peak torque of 16.4Nm @ 6,500 rpm. The power and torque values of the motorcycle have been decreased with the up-gradation to meet the BS6 emission norms and one can expect the BS6 XPulse 200T and Xtreme 200S to offer the same performance values.

The motorcycle variants are further expected to get an increased kerb weight with the addition of an oil-cooler though the official specifications once revealed by the brand will put an end to all the speculations.
The brand is expected to reveal the price tag of the BS6 XPulse 200 at Hero MotoCorps’s official website while the price reveal will be considered as the official launch of the motorcycle as the brand cannot plan a launch event due to the nationwide lockdown to curb the COVID-19 (Coronavirus). The launch prices of the BS6 Hero Xpulse 200T and Xtreme 200S are also expected to be revealed after that in the coming days.
