CFMoto Motorcycles were supposed to launch in India on July 4, but the launch got delayed due to heavy rains in Mumbai. Now as per the latest details available, the official launch will take place on July 19. CFMoto will launch 4 motorcycles in India namely 300NK, 650NK, 650GT, and 650MT. The brand is expected to bring CKD kits to India as the production cost is even lower than India in their native country. The Indian fans have already spotted 650MT testing on the roads while it seems like 650NK may not need rigorous testing as it is based on the 650MT model. CFMoto is using a variety of components on various models, leaving some with USD forks while others getting conventional forks. The launch of 400NK has been delayed and it will now enter India at a later stage. Initially, the brand is planning to open 5-6 dealerships across the county next month. The most powerful options are 650MT, 650GT, and 650NK, using the same 649.3cc twin-cylinder engine but producing different levels of power and torque. The 650NK is good for a maximum power 60 HP at 9000 rpm and peak torque of 56 Nm at 7000 rpm. The most powerful option is the touring variant as it needs to pull more weight in the form of fairing and accessories. CFMoto motorcycles would be competing with brands like Benelli, KTM, and Kawasaki in India.
