When I hear about Bajaj XCD 125, the first thing that comes to mind is a decent commuter specific machine with a straight seat, puny tires and slimmer than usual profile. The notion may change from this moment onward as McM Custom has shared this tastefully modified Bajaj XCD Cafe Racer.
After stripping off the motorcycle from all its non-essential parts, they designed each element in such a way that perfect proportion is achieved at last. The seat was sacrificed for this ribbed piece of rubber that not just looks fantastic but also has additional space for an occasional pillion.
The end of this seat was fitted with an LED strip that function both as a tail light and brake light. An almost invisible number plate holder is fixed under this setup. The rear now features a bigger tire and custom exhaust system with free-flow properties.
McM Custom kept the stock suspension and alloy wheel design intact for high comfort levels while riding. The most attractive part of XCD 125 Cafe Racer is its fuel tank, shining like a star with metallic red paint and muscular design. One can spot the Bajaj moniker on both sides of the fuel tank. The front fender is shorter in length.
Using a round headlight adds more charm to this already impressive motorcycle. The package also includes impressive clip-on with bar ends mirrors, improving agility and control through the former and safety as well as style through the latter.
The engine bay is finished black for perfect synchronization. The side panels from XCD 125 made way for the impressive mesh covers. Front indicators are placed next to the headlight whereas rear units are mounted on the swing-arm. Bajaj XCD 125 uses a powerful 124.58cc engine, producing 9.4 BHP of power and 10.85 Nm of torque.
