Meet Bajaj Pulsar NS200 Scrambler: Motorland Customs recently transformed the 200cc NS into a fully functional scrambler that resembles BMW R nineT in certain proportions. This one comes to be first of its kind experiment on Pulsar NS200 as all other spotted till date were either premium naked street fighters or adventure tourers. Getting the Scrambler design on Pulsar NS200 took a lot of effort as it was basically designed for a totally different purpose. Apart from shade changes, the first thing one would notice is the huge fuel tank that also packs the BMW logo on both sides. The tank merges perfectly into the lower panel and thus, alteration in frame at this point was avoided. Article image The step seat of Pulsar NS200 was replaced with one long and thick seat that could help both the rider and pillion enjoy the road with utmost comfort. When one looks below the seat, stock red single suspension and same old wheel can be seen used on the Scrambler version. The handlebar was even replaced with one wide unit that helps get a better riding stance. The front impressive headlight made way for one round unit as all typical Scramblers. Overall finish for NS200 Scrambler comes in Matte Black. Article image Bajaj Pulsar NS200 is powered by a 199.5 cc, single cylinder engine producing 23.17 BHP at 9500 rpm and 18.3 Nm of torque at 8000 rpm. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The motorcycle is liquid cooled and may get one fuel injected variant soon for even more refinement. Motorland Customs kept the stock alloy wheels in place while fans can even replace the same with spoke wheels for added character. NS200 was relaunched after discontinuation of Bajaj Pulsar AS200. Both are based on same frame while those who miss an adventure spec variant could go Dominar 400. Article image
