New Benelli TNT 150 Unveiled [Video + Photos]

Benelli TNT 150, which was once assumed as a mild sports commuter has really grown into something really exciting. If things are to be believed, the official Indonesian Benelli website is currently showing the model that was introduced in 2015 and named TNT15 while the trade fair in Jakarta brought a big surprise to the fans. These can be two different products for multiple yet separate markets. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dnChMD9b4Q

Old Benelli TNT 150

For easy understanding, we can compare the same to CB Hornet 160R/CB150R Street Fire or Suzuki Gixxer SF/ GSX-R150. The first ones are mild and not so performance friendly while the second ones are only into performance and sharp designing. The design of the New TNT 150 is actually inspired from bigger TNT models, carrying a new exhaust system and exposed frame as other sporty models. New Benelli TNT 150 is powered by a 148cc single cylinder engine, the power and torque figures have not been revealed yet. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox. The bike is equipped with front telescopic suspension and the rear end has a mono-shock. In terms of braking, new TNT 150 is equipped with front and rear disc brakes. New model also comes equipped with a wide all-digital instrument console.  The bike comes with 5 spoke alloy wheels that use 90/90-17 rubber on the front and 110/80-17 on the rear. 2017-02-02-17_06_01-new-benelli-tnt-150-_-official-teaser-youtube

New Benelli TNT 150

This could be an Indian spec model as Benelli only retails sport oriented models in the country. Products like scooters and commuter bikes are not on sale and even the plans are only for TNT 135, Tornado 302R, TRK 502 and Leoncino Scrambler. Benelli is one of the fastest expanding international brand and they could place the TNT 150 for approx INR 90,000 (Indonesian Equivalent when compared to rivals).
