Bajaj Auto has just added the new N160 bike to its Pulsar range. This is the first 160cc segment bike to get a dual-channel ABS system. However, this feature is available in top-end variants only and buyers can opt for the single-channel variant as well. The single-channel ABS variant price starts at Rs 1.23 lakh (ex-showroom), while the dual-channel variant price starts at Rs 1.28 lakh (ex-showroom). Here is the walkaround video of the newly launched bike by the Youtube channel "The Garage Official."

The variant we see in the video is finished in Brooklyn Black, while the other available shades are Caribbean Blue, Racing Red, and Techno Grey. These options are available in the single-channel ABS variants only. The Pulsar N160 gets an aggressive streetfighter profile with a new engine that offers a powerful performance. The only snag (however major) is the lack of Bluetooth connectivity with its semi-digital instrument console.

At its heart, the Bajaj Pulsar N160 is powered by a new 164.8cc twin-spark oil-cooled single-cylinder DTSi engine that produces 16.0 HP and 14.65 Nm of torque and is mated to a 5-speed transmission. The maker has given the bike a 795mm seat height, which will be perfectly suitable for a person of any height.

Speaking of the suspension system in the new Pulsar N160 bike, it sports 37mm telescopic forks (2-channel ABS model) at the front and a brand new Nitrox mono-shock at the rear. The braking duties are assigned to a 300mm front disc (2-channel ABS model) and a 230mm rear unit. In the single-channel ABS variants, the front suspension has 31mm thick forks and the front disc size is 280mm.
