2024 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 Arrives at Dealerships

The highly anticipated 2024 Bajaj Pulsar NS200 has begun making its way to select dealerships across India following its recent unveiling. While the brand is yet to disclose the official pricing, it's anticipated to see a slight uptick from the outgoing model, which starts at Rs. 1.41 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Key Upgrades

The most significant upgrade comes in the form of a fully digital console, replacing the semi-digital unit of its predecessor. Sporting a negative LCD, this advanced console offers serval information and seamless Bluetooth connectivity. Once synced with the rider's smartphone, it provides access to call and SMS notifications, along with turn-by-turn navigation. Bajaj has also revamped the bike's appearance adding a new, more futuristic headlight design and a layered, dual-tone flyscreen.

Unchanged Powertrain

Mechanically, the 2024 Pulsar NS200 is expected to retain its predecessor's robust performance. It retains the spirited 199.5cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine, churning out 24.13bhp and 18.74Nm of torque, paired with a smooth six-speed gearbox. Built on a sturdy steel perimeter frame, it boasts 17-inch wheels suspended by USD forks and a mono-shock ensuring a comfortable ride. Single discs are used for braking at both ends.

Market Competition

In the competitive market segment, the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 faces off against rivals such as the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V and the Honda Hornet 2.0.
