2024 Audi Q7 Revealed, Hinting at India Arrival in 2025

Audi has taken the wraps off the 2024 Audi Q7 introducing an array of new technological features to elevate the driving experience. Set to compete with the likes of BMW X5, Mercedes GLE, Volvo XC90, Land Rover Discovery, and Range Rover Sport, the mid-size luxury SUV has undergone a significant facelift.

Technological Upgrades

While the 2024 Audi Q7 doesn't deviate drastically from its predecessor, it brings a host of technological enhancements. The front fascia undergoes a mild revision, featuring Audi's signature Singleframe grill with a new pattern and a sophisticated octagonal chrome surround. Notably, the headlights receive a major update, offering an optional HD Matrix lighting package powered by laser diodes, allowing for customizable daytime running light signatures.

Optional Extras and Styling

The SUV comes equipped with standard features like 19-inch alloy wheels, contrast stitching, aluminium roof rails, a rear-view camera and parking assist. Owners can further personalize their Q7 with optional extras, including 22-inch alloy wheels. The interiors maintain a familiar design with notable improvements such as infotainment screens supporting third-party apps like Spotify. The Virtual Cockpit now displays warnings for new driver assistance features.

Powertrain Options

The 2024 Audi Q7 offers two engine choices: a 3.0L 335 bhp V6 petrol and a 3.0L V6 diesel, available in two states of tune – 228 bhp and 282 bhp. For enthusiasts seeking a more robust performance, the SQ7 variant is powered by a 4.0L 500 bhp V8 petrol engine, featuring extensive black exterior elements, a chin spoiler, and oval exhaust tips.

Launch and Pricing

Scheduled for immediate sale in Europe with a starting price of EUR 79,300, the 2024 Audi Q7 is anticipated to make its way to India in 2025, following launches in the Middle East, North America, and other markets. Indian consumers can expect a higher price tag, aligning with its positioning in the mid-size luxury SUV segment.
