Honda CBR250RR vs Kawasaki Ninja 250 [Quick Comparison]

Honda CBR250RR vs Kawasaki Ninja 250: CBR250RR and Ninja 250 are two premium twin-cylinder quarter-litre options available in several markets. Indian fans are waiting eagerly for both these machines as more buyers are now willing to spend higher-than-ever for refinement and fun associated with the twin-cylinder sportbikes. Still, none of these two has any concrete launch plans for the Indian market as Kawasaki has already launched the MY2021 of Ninja 300 at a very competitive price tag. Talking about Honda, at present, the brand's focus is on single-cylinder motorcycles and scooters.

Kawasaki Ninja 250 is powered by a 249cc, liquid-cooled and fuel-injected engine producing 39HP @ 12,500 rpm and 23.5Nm @ 10,000 rpm. The bike weighs 167kg. Honda CBR250RR comes with a 249.7cc engine producing a maximum power of 40.2HP @ 13,000 rpm and a peak torque of 25 Nm @ 11,000 rpm. It weighs 168kg in the ABS trim. The Honda CBR250RR is sharper in terms of design and carries USD golden front forks. This definitely gives an edge to the CBR250RR as Ninja 250 feels more touring-specific in front of its rival. Both bikes offer rider-friendly seat height and decent ground clearance.
