The body of Honda Dio is made from fiber and not from metal. Dio has been designed on a different approach unlike other Honda scooters to keep the scooter light. Honda Dio has got kerb weight of 105 kg which is lesser than other scooters in the same segment. Moreover, it also has got body integrated headlamp unlike other scooters which have handlebar integrated headlight. Although it has got same engine as the Activa 3G, but is still much more stylish and sporty than it.
